Account
Creating your account on Disti is very easy. Get started by visiting registration page, then login if you already have an account, or register a new account by entering your email and choosing a strong password. Make sure you selected “I am a customer“
Voila! your account is created on Disti.
You can go to “Account Details” and fill all your details. Also, you can add your addresses
Don’t worry, we are here to support. Visit Lost Password page and enter your email that you used when you created your account on Disti.
You will receive a reset password link by email. Click on it and create a new stron password.
Ordering
There are different ways to find the required product:
- You can always search for any product by clicking on the search field at the top and write the product you are looking for it.
- You can also browse the available products by going to “All Departments” located just below Disti logo at the top.
- You can visit “Shop by Product” page and browse all products or use the side filter to find what fits your needs.
- You can visit “Shop by store” page and visit your favorite store page to browse its products.
You can always click on compare button (at product’s page) to add the product to comparison panel. You can search for more similar products and add them to the comparison panel, in order to compare their specifications and prices (find similar products from different stores)
Disti offers 2 different options for delivery method
- Your order is delivered to your address: Partnered with Canada Post, Disti ship all your favorite products from your local stores directly to your address. Please make sure to update your address at your account page. At the checkout page, you will find different options from Canada post (cost and estimated delivery date). Select the option that you prefer and proceed with checkout. Disti will email you all updates related to your order (order confirmation, shipping status and the link to check your shipment updates on Canada post website)
- You pickup your order from your local store: If you prefer, you can pickup you order from the store. please check the store’s address before selecting this option. You can find more details and store’s address, contact & business hours on the store’s page. This option is Free.
Disti offers different payment options. You can proceed with the any option that fit your requirements:
- Online payment by credit card via Stripe
- eTransfer: You checkout using eTransfer. Your order will not be processed before receiving your eTransfer. Please transfer the payment using this email pay@disti.ca. Don’t forget to mention your order number.
- PayPal: You can use your PayPal account to pay for your orders on Disti.
Delivery & Pickup
Your order will be shipped with Canada Post. You will receive an email from Disti once your order is shipped. There will be a link to track your shipment on Canada Post website
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by email. You can visit the store and collect your order from store’s location.
Store’s contact, address and pickup instructions can be found on store’s page (You can access by clicking on store’s name from your account or email)
Return & Refund
Each individual store on Disti.ca has its own return & refund policy.
Please check store’s return & refund policy before you place your order. It’s available on store’s page. Also you can find it in “Shipping & Returns” tab in product’s page.

Points & Rewards
Every time you spend a dollar on Disti, you will receive reward points.
You can redeem these points and get discounts
At Disti, you will shop all you favorite products and earn points. For every sing dollar you spend at Disti.ca, you will get rewarded.
You can see your collected points on the right side of the website, or you can visit your account page and check the available points.
Your points can be redeemed at checkout for a discount on your order
